Ed: Sorry it took so long to reply. I looked around the web to locate the "Some notes on Thomas Cammack" but had no such luck. Where can I obtain a copy? Also I looked around the Robeson Co. NC site and found a Richard E. Gray and Elizabeth Trawick. Married 11 feb 1825. They had four children according to the 1850 Robeson Co. Census. They were: Jane age 25, Susan age 23, William age 22 and Richard age 20. Elizabeth was shown as age 50. There was no Father listed. I didn't have any luck on tracing Richard E., Yet. I don't have any information on James Cammack born in 1750. I'm going to the library in Conroe Tx. They have a pretty good genealogy section. If I find anything I will post it. Thanks for the info. It sure put a crack in the brick wall.
