I haven't come across Thomas Cammack/McCammack having a daughter by that name in Putnam County. I wrote a history of the Cammack/McCammack family recently which I'll be happy to e-mail to anyone descended from the Cammacks. John Cammack Sr. d.1834 Washington Co. Ky. had 2 sons who changed their name to "McCammack" after 1830 when they settled in Putnam Co.-- Thomas (1785-1871) and John (1783-1865). In addition, Joseph Cammack (ca.1805-?), illegimate son of Mary Cammack (ca.1776-1869), daughter of John Cammack Sr., moved to Putnam County in 1832 and changed his name to "McCammack".
