I am seeking descendants of John A Cameron to determine a possible connection. John had a son named Marcellus Standsback Cameron. My family is skeptical of a connection with this family as it was understood that my great grandfather was from Florida. However, according to the 1920 census, this Marcellus Cameron shares the same date of birth with my great grandfather. That is too much of a coincidence to dismiss. If anyone has any information on this family that might help me confirm a connection with my great grandfather, please reply as soon as possible. I have applied for a death certificate with the state of Florida, but I would still like to make contact with any other descendants.
