I have been doing extensive research on the Camreons of Fairfield and Chester cos., SC. I have from the proved will of John Cameron this information regarding a Moses:
His father was Joseph and his grandfather was John, whose wife was Rachel Lee. Moses married Ellen and move to Pickens, S.C. Their children were:
Sarah A b 1832, Nancy J b 1833, James B. b 1834, Meanns b 1837, Joseph b 1840, all b SC and then Margaret C. b 1843, Moses A b 1847 and Savilla b 1849, all b Ala.
Moses had a sister named Irene who m. Wm. Hall and moved to Ala as well.
If you come across any adl. info on the Fairfield lines, would appreciate any sharing. I have the will of John if you deterine that this is your same ancestor.
