My great grandfather is Levi J. Camden, B. 1882 in Boss. His father is Milton Camden, BA 1857 who was the son of Benjamin Harrison Camden, bo 1832 in TN. I'm interested in any stories, etc. and I've tried to find someone who knows the history of Levi's daughter, Edna Camden who is my grandmother. She had my father Junior (James Lee) Camden in 1932 (?) out of wedlock. Grandma Edna would never tell my dad the name of his father. Dent county records show she was married to a James Howard but she denied it right up until she died a few years ago. Grandma Edna left my Dad in Boss with Levi and moved to St. Louis, married Jim Pollard and later moved to Cahokia, IL. From what I heard as a child, my Dad had a tough time with Levi due to his "bastard" status. I would just love to find out who my grandfather is!!!! ALSO....would like to connect with family. My parents divorced when I was in my teens and I lost touch with that side of the family. Thanks so much for answering my post! Janie
