Help locating a Chang, Cheung, Teoh, Zhang, and Chong in Singapore/Cambodia

I just got another round of updates... this time directly from the man.

His family was killed during Pol Pot's regime in Cambodia. He is the only sole survivar in his family to escape the horrendous atrocities committed to mankind. He believes that his sister might be alive.

His father's name in hanyupinyin is Chiang Bing and his mother's name is Chen Ying. His father was a soldier in China during the Japanese Occupation but had migrated to Cambodia and married his mother. His uncle had gone to Cambodia to locate his father to advise him to leave Cambodia for Singapore but his father refused - to the detriment and demise of his family later on.

If you can help me help him locate his remaining extended family in Singapore, you will be making his dreams come true.

I've done some research on his last name... it can be translated to Chang, Cheung, Teoh, Zhang, and Chong in English.

If you know of anyone with those last names in the rubber business and specifically in the rubber plantation business in Singapore, please contact me.

Thank you for your time.
