Trying to break through brickwall! I have a Campbell family which began in VA and then went to OH. Unknown Campbell married a Bertha (maiden name unknown). They had children Jane b abt 1826 OH, . Rosannah b abt 1828 IN, James W b abt 1830, Susan Dorcas, b abt 1832 IN, Nathaniel b abt 1834, Fuller b abt 1837, Alexander b abt 1839, Mortecia b abt. 1840, and Artemecia b abt 1843 IA. Is anyone familiar with this naming pattern, and migration pattern for their Campbell. They ended up in Johnson Co IA by 1850. Appreciate any help with this brickwall.
