There is a great deal of information on the McDaniel line in an article entitled "George Calvert (1700-1771) and Some of His Descendents (1731-1831)" by John Bailey Calvert Nicklin in Maryland Historical Magazine, vol. XXVI, No. 3, December 1931. However, take all of his infromation with a grain of salt. In cross-referencing his Calvert information with O'Gorman's book, it appears that Nicklin has generations confused, at least among the Calverts. That may be because there were continual uses of the same name, sometimes, 5 or 6 George Calverts in one generation. Perhaps the McDaniel genealogy is more accurate.
