My grandfather was Andrew Jackson Calvert. His father, also Andrew Jackson Calvert was married prviously and had several boys. He owned a farm near Cleburn, Texas just south of the Ft. Worth, Dallas area. When he married my great grandmother, Sarah Newbrough, a young widow with a son, all of his children left and had nothing to do with his new family which consisted of my G.F and his sister Lucrecia. My grandfather was born in 1877 and his father died wwhen he was about 5 years old. From family stories, he was descended from "Lord Baltimore". On the 1920 census my G.F. said his father was born in VA. I have hit a stone wall here so any help wwould be appreciated.
