J. CALVERT--West Point Cadet--1850?

I'm looking for the descendants of a J. Calvert who attended West Point Military Academy in 1850. He may have family in Abbeville, SC. My husband found a West Point Cadet uniform in an old barn in Abbeville several years ago. The name J. Calvert was on the label along with the date and some numbers that I assume are his military I. D. numbers. I'd like to contact his descendants as i'm sure they'd love to have the uniform. Anyone with information or ideas on where I could find anything, please contact me or pot a message.
