My Aunt Gail and Uncle Jim Uldrick own a Bed and Breakfast in Abbeville on North Main Street, "The Vintage Inn". At one time the home was occupied by the Calvert Family. It is possible that the jacket your husband found may have belonged to John Wilson Calvert. We know that he was in the Confederate Army. Where was the barn located in Abbeville? At one time there was a barn on this property.
We are looking for more information on the home the Calvert’s owned that now belongs to my Aunt and Uncle

I tried e-mailing you directly but the e-mail bounced back. Hope to hear from you.
