my grgrandmother was supposed to be Sarah Jane Calvert born abt 1884, it took some digging to discover her maiden name was actually Clark, her mother was Mary, and Mary's mother Dinah was a Calvert. Dinah married an Isaac Clarke but her parents were John and Mary Calvert of Old Bank, Soothill at the time of the 1881 census. John was born in Pateley Bridge in 1808 and Mary in Darley in 1813. Their son Stephen was born in Timble Great in 1839 and Dinah was born there in 1834. All these are yorkshire Villages though I'm not sure where Timble great is!
If any of this connects with you please get in touch.
