William Griffiths Clayton was my great-grandfather too, his son, Henry Clayton was my grandfather. Henry Clayton was my grandmother’s second husband, their only child Edith May was my mother.

I stumbled upon the Callow forum more, or less by accident. I really just getting started on family history and was making other branches my priority however I was intrigued to see your post, realise that we must be cousins and to read the information that you, and Elaine Morris, had provided. I am sorry that I won’t be able to return the favour by providing you with new information about early family history but I would be happy to pass on the little bit of recent genealogy that I have about Henry Clayton and his descendants.
