Found the marriage !

Thomas CALLOW m Eleanor(sic) CRETNEY 13 Oct 1821, Braddan, IOM

Marriages were generally held when the bride & groom reached 20 yrs.

a Thomas CALLOW s/o James CALLOW & Margt CANNELL was chr 12 Jul 1795 in Braddan, IOM.
(although Manx marriages are generally at the Brides parish)

an Elinor CRETNEY d/o David CRETNEY & Anne COTTIER chr 19 Jan 1794 , Braddan, IOM (although I'm still inclined to support the
1802 Kirk German ELLEN)
