There are several Callisons in my family here in Belleville, Illinois. I was born Pamela Lee Callison in 1943 to Edwin Ray Callison (Thomas Grover Callison, born Tipton, Mo. and Theodosia Orpha Marney) East St. Louis, Illinois, 1908; and Dorothy Mae Harrod, (Arthur Earl Harrod and Irene Mae Beck) 1912-1998. There were some oral traditions of native american ancestry; if anyone knows of such information, I would appreciate it.
