Liz.. I have just received the will and probate records for William Callaway, born 1768 in De. William married Mary Morgan and had about 12 children with her. In his will he named 2 children from an earlier marriage. One is his son Peter and a daughter Mary. Children with wife Mary Morgan, 2nd wife, were listed seperatly. I looked for this Peter in the 1800 census, but no luck. There were no dates for any of the children, but I can guess that this Peter was probably born between 1788 and 1805 in Delaware.
