The son James you mentioned in this post was my father-in-law. The census has to be wrong because Evelyn is my mother-in-law and she wasn't even born until 1920...and James and Evelyn only had two children. One died at the age of 6 months...I am married to the other child. Is that what the census reads? Could there have been a mistake and the names you mentioned was the children of Jesse and his wife...making those children the siblings of James?
