hello,my name is betty lou calkins,i was born in san rafael ca.on feb.15,1963my fathers name is or was james a.calkins born on dec.24,1944 in los gatos ca.,my mothers name was linda k.calkins(martin)born on may 22,1944 in akron ohio,died july 3,1981 in okla.my granparents on fathers side were joe ross calkins born in minneapolis minnesota onoct.15,1900,died onmarch,16,1949 in ca.joes wife was alberta frances smith born in cloverdale ca. on march 11,1908died on jan.21,1983.it is said my grandpa joe and his uncle were partners in what was called the calkins-spalding ranch in sunnyvale ca.my mothers dad was virgil martin and her mothers name was virginia peters.any help in finding my family members would be very much appreciated.thank you and hope to hear from you soon,betty lou calkins(mcvay)
