I was able to locate the original burial place of Polly Hester Keeler Calkins and her husband Fredrick Calkins (Corning, NY). Polly's gravestone (and a replacement for Fredrick)is etched with "Wife of Fredrick". Notice the spelling of his name. No "e" between the "d" and "r".
I also have photos of the stones. (as well as many other Calkins: (I can e-mail photos to those interested)
