I descend from John, brother to David Calhoun, both sons of James and Sarah Taylor Calhoun. Our info is in Vol 2 of the book of which you speak (I sent it in). Go to familysearch.org to see more also. James Calhoun's father was Hugh and mother was Agnes Jane McCleary (right spelling). I corresponded with Orval Calhoun before he died, he was quite the old boy! Do you have a copy of James Calhoun's will, Allegheny Co 1799? It's in Orval's book, Vol 2.
