Hello, Kathleen!
I am related to the Caldwells on my grandpap Winebrenner's side as his one sister, Maude was married to Matthew Caldwell. I have no dates of birth or death, or marriage for them, tho I may have a birth date for Aunt Maude in my papers, somewhere.
Uncle Matt, I think was a brother to David Barron Caldwell who lived across the way from my parents home, where I grew up. This was in New Florence, Westmoreland Co., Pa.
David Barron Caldwell's wifes name, I don't remember, but his one son, David, Jr. lived between his parents and my parents homes. David, Jr., and his wife Beatrice(don't know her maiden name) had several children, two of which went to school with my sisters and I, one daughter, Jane Caldwell and her husband, Jake Gable, and their three children lived in the same area---we were all within walking distance of each other. David Barron Caldwell,III lived up the hill from us with his wife and their three children.
