Searching for information on my Great-grandfather-Archibald Caldwell- was born on February 18, 1839 in Giles County, Va. and died on December 9, 1920 in Butler, Tenn.
His wives were:
1) Rachel Rebecca Newton died: May 4, 1868 in Limestone, Tenn.
2)Rachel Edney B. Lusk born: June 30, 1844
died: March 23, 1900 in Butler, Tenn.
3) Neva E. Francum born October 12, 1879 in Caldwell County, N.C. and died on January 9, 1963 in Johnson City, Tenn.
It has been told by the family that there were three brothers that came to America from England, and settled in N.C., Va. and ?Tenn.
