Have now heard that William arrived in Fergus , Ontario, Canada in 1851 and married a JOHANNA ISABELLE CAMPBELL in 1853. Apparently his first wife, Jane Valentine, must have died, perhaps on the ship. William and Johanna had 10 children whom I have now added to my family tree.
