I think we are the same family. I have Richard Caldecott b 1832 nr Malpas. I think his parents are John & Anne Caldecott of Malpas. I am also looking in to Robert & Mary Caldecott ( Bradshaw )had a girl called Martha b 1791 Malpas. Most of the family were farmers of one sort or another. If what my Grandfather told me is correct, then the Caldecotts came from France, hundreds of years ago.
