I know very little. My grandfather JOHN ARTHUR WATKINS married HELENE MARR CLEGG in 1911 in Liverpool. She was the divorced wife of ABRAHAM ROWE CLEGG. She was born c. 1880, I have her age from passenger lists on the Lusitania ship, daughter of ALFRED AUGUSTUS CAINE, a Tinsmith. Her address before she married my grandfather was Main St, Pittsburgh and she was refered to as being American. I cannot find any of them mentioned in the IGI or on the 1881 uk census or 1880 US census. I am at a complete loss at how to trace this line. There was a daughter Kathleen Helen Clegg born in 1901 in Liverpool. My grandfather has a child by another lady in 1922 who he does not appear to have married. I am told he divorced Helene but that may only be gossip. So short of finding someone with an Alfred Augustus Caine in their family I am at a dead end, Lynda.
