Can someone tell me about the parents and origins of Phillip P. Caine? He was born on the Isle of Man about 1824, was married in Ohio about 1848 to a woman named Rebecca, was living in California by 1860 and may have been elected to the California State Legislature. He died in Butte Co., California in 1864.
