looking for gggrandfather (Cain) african american

I'm looking for my ggrandfather, his last name is CAIN. All I know at this point is that his sons names are Samuel Cain, born abt 1822, and Sollomon Cain born abt 1837, both born in Tennessee. Both sons fought in the Civil War after the war they moved from Tennessee to Cole Camp, Missouri.
Any information would be very helpful. Would also like any information on his wife as well.
