Cains from Ireland abt 1800

My family tree goes back to John David Cain and his wife Ellen Powers. My great aunt wrote that 'a bunch of Cain boys left Ireland'. When they arrived in Nova Scotia 'some' stayed later some moved to Newfoundland, then some moved to PEI. I am trying to find the Cains who stayed on the boat. Probably arriving in America around 1805. Any help would be appreciated as I have been stuck at this point about 10 years
