Cain-Burnett Kin; published by Eldon and Lauretta Corkill, 1118 Lausanne, Dallas, TX 75208, 1988.This book is in the Library of Congress where I read it.It is excellent and the research is very good. On this site #1494 is a posting about a Cain Family Book which can be found at http://users.fairhttp://users.fair.net/rcrowd/index.html. Check site #612 on this forum for a book called Complete Book of Emigrants in Bondage, 1614-1775.Check site #1209: A History of Our Cain Family of Virginia, Alabama and Tennessee, Whitewater, WI, 1970.Check sites # 1206 and 1214. The book on the Nicholas Cain descendants is excellent and the research very good. I am in the process of starting a book on the Cains in Christian Co., KY who migrated to Saline Co., IL.The research has beendifficult but I am beginning to tie up loose ends.Hope all of this helps.
