I found this.

In the two volume set of the Freeman Familiea of Nova Scotia, Sophia Freeman, the daughter of George Freeman and Catherine Kempton, born 30Jan1825, married 3 September 1850 in Caledonia, Queens Co., Nova Scotia to Foster Cahoon, son of Charles Cahoon and Phebe Foster. Foster Cahoon was born 1 May 1824 in Port Medway, Queens Co., NS. It lists one child...perhaps others. Samuel Freeman Cahoon married Helen Maud Allison, the daughter of Charles Allison and Lavinia Freeman (daughter of George and Catherine Kempton). So both Samuel Freeman Cahoon and Helen Maud Allison were grandchildren of George Freeman and Catherine Kempton.

My Dolliver family married heavily into the Cohoon family around especially children of Elisha and Deborah Dollivers. If you have info on Dolliver's would you please let me know. Thanks
