Cagel Grave Road NC Rt. 1149 Montgomery County, NC

Cagel Grave Road is located off Grassy Island Road, not far from the Grassy Islands of the Pee Dee River. Does anyone know why this road is called "Cagel Grave Road"? Thanks for your help.
