I just found this tonight on Ancestry.com! I'm excited because if it's right it is a major missing link for my line.
Michael Caffey (born abt 1754 in Maryland) was married to Margaret Flowers (born bef. 1755). It only lists one child, a daughter, Mary Caffey for that couple. I noticed that the Caffey line goes back between the names John and Michael every other generation which gets a little confusing if you don't watch the dates carefully. It also list many siblings and spouses.
