Conor or Connor is a lesser used forename in Ireland then and now.
M 1811 means married 1811.
Since most people posting to these forums have genealogy info passed down through generations, dates and names become garbled through time. Therefore, if the poster's info seems shaky, I search within a range of dates. In this case I used the search range of +/- 4 yrs. Within this range, there was a M in 1808 which met the rest of the search criteria. Note - since most Irish of this era could neither read nor write, they often didn't know their birth day, or even birth year.
You can view the IFHF detailed rcds online. The IFHF states that a view gives you a look at ALL the info on the original rcd. Sometimes this is paltry, other times it is a lot. The IFHF rcds can be no better than the original rcd.
I think you have to visit the NLI to look at its microfilms. More limited microfilms are available from LDS Family History Centers.
