Hi Susan. Maybe we have some connection here.

My GGG-Grandmother's maiden name was Mary Cady. She married a Patrick Barbrick.

What seems to match here is you found that Joseph and Verlina Cady had children that I believe thier names have been past down.

When Mary Cady married Patrick Malloy they had the following children:

Hannah Veronica-my GG-Grandmother
Mary-who never married
Della
Fred
Bobby
Alice
Ruth
I'm curious if my GG-Grandmother was named after her Aunt Hannah (Joseph and Verlina's daughter).
