Harry C Cady/ Asa Waterman Cady

I am trying to trace back my Great*2 Grandfather Harry C. Cady. I know he was an engineer with the NY Central Railroad who was struck and killed by a train in Buffalo NY in 1899. His death certificate shows he was born in 1843 in Victor NY. Census records for the area in 1850 show a Henry C. Cady of about the right age, with a brother named Martin. His father is listed as George W. Cady and his mother is Eliza. After that, I can never find them in the census again. Harry was buried in Syracuse next to the tombstone of William Gere Cady, who was son of Daniel Cady, grandson of Asa Waterman Cady. Asa had another son named George W. Cady, as well as brothers named Harry Clinton Cady and Martin Cady (so I feel my Harry and Martin were probably named after them). The problem is, everything I have says George W. Cady died young and didn't have any children. Can anyone help?
