It was probably me that responded before about Cora. Do you mean that she would have been born in Wisconsin in the mid 1800s? Any way, my Cora C. Cady was not born until 1898 to Clifford and Millicent Grover Cady in Yanhill County Oregon. Clifford was born in WI in 1870 so there is that WI connection at least. I know some of the family stayed behind in WI when clifford's father (my gggrand father)Edwin Lewis went first to MN and then on to Oregon.
Knowing how names run in families... it could be a clue.
