Minnie Ella Cady was my grandmother. She married my grandfather on July 4, 1889 at Alexandria, South Dakota. Her father was an education superintendent for the school district. After she and my grandfather, William Hansen Pickering eloped, her parents took her to Minnesota by train and then to Spencerville. The newleyweds were separated about 3 months. She died in 1914 and is buried in the Spencerville, OH cemetery. This is all the information I have and would like to find out who her parents were etc. Any information would be helpful.
