Have recently located & visited the gravesite of my ggggg-grandmother Thankful Higbee Cady b.? d. 1 Dec 1793. She was the second wife of Nicholas Cady b. 1743 in Cornish NH, d.?, first wife was Ruth Chase of Cornish and third was Betty Gile (or Giles) of Plainfield (probably NH as well). Anyone with information on Thankful or this Higbee line? or further information on Nicholas, my ggggg-grandfather, not known to be related to the Nicholas Cady/Judith Knapp line, although a number of members of that line lived and are buried in Cornish. Also looking for information on Nicholas and Thankful's second son Stephen b. 30 Jan 1791, I am of the line of their first son Reuben and am fairly well researched on him.
