went to the cemetery for Memorial Day and went to the old cemetery. I knew descendant's markers were there but did not know that old Andrew's was there. Here is information if you have a d-base on Cady. from Jacob you want to add. It was right on his gravestone which about clinches it up with the Andrew you found for me.
This is in the Prospect Cemetery, Prospect, N.Y., Oneida Co. It is in what is known as the "old" cemetery. The "new" one is across the street.
"Andrew Cady, born at Preston, Conn. Jan. 18, 1768 d. in Trenton, March 21, 1863"
"Martha, wife of Andrew, died January 3, 1870 aged 92 years (so b. 1778--note---this is Martha Gallup of the Conn. Gallups--I have loads on her--)
Anna, wife of Elija Greenfield and dau. of Andrew and Martha died Febr. 9, 1838 aged 36 yrs & 2 mos.
A.G. Cady (this is Andrew Gilson Cady and son of Andrew and Martha) 1810-1904)
Susan, wife of And. G. died April 18, 1870 aged 50 yrs. (so born 1820)(this is Susan Wilkinson)
Gilson, son of Andrew and Martha Cady died Sept. 19, 1841 in the 23rd year of his life (there are two markers for Gilson--one is at the "old" Prospect Cemetery and the other at the Pen-Y-Caerau cemetery on the farmland given by Andrew and Martha to the church in 1824. They received the right to bury their dead there in return, but Gilson appears to be the only one there. I think he is actually buried at the Pen-Y-Caerau with memoriam marker with the rest of the family in Prospect).
Eunice Cady d. June 29, 1877 age 72 years and 5 mos. (Andrew and Martha's daughter--unmarried).

d. Mar. 24, 1866 aged 26 years 11 mos, 1 day (so April 23, 1839 about).
