Thank you. This helps a great deal. And in light of the previous posted material from James Cady (please see that ongoing conversation), I would like to know your sources for this helpful information. Especially, the authorities giving the middle name of Harriett Cady, the first name of Arthur, and the first name spelling, Abial. In addition, there seems to be a common misspelling across several sources, of the town named "Hindsdale" (Hinsdale?). I also refer you to the posts made in reply to my initial query over at the Morehouse forum. I have contacted a distant descendant who has supplied some additional important information, which you may find interesting.
