According to the Cady Genealogy by Jim Cady, Mary was born February 17, 1754 and married Peter Wilson, born April 2, 1750 in West Greenwich, RI. He died July 30, 1818 in DePeyster, NY (St. Lawrence Co.), and Mary died in DePeyster in 1837. He was in the revolution and was listed in 1780 and 1790 census of Hebron, NY.
It should be noted that there is controversey about whether Mary was the daughter of Phineas or Nahum, his brother, who also had a daughter Mary born only seven days later than Mary, the daughter of Phineas. O.P. Allen, in his book "Cady Genealogy", however, states Nahum's daughter Mary married in 1786 to Amaziah Weston.
Mary's parents:
Phineas Cady-born February 7, 1714 in Pomfret, CT and married (1) January 5, 1736 to Sarah Church who died February 16, 1757. He married (2) December 27, 1757 to Mary Wood. He died August 13, 1790, and she died May 16, 1790. They had the following children:

Phineas is the son of Daniel Cady, born March 26, 1692 in Groton MA. He married Hannah Winter in Pomfret, CT.
Daniel is the son of Daniel Cady, born November 27, 1659 in Watertown MA and the grandson of Nicholas.
