Shirly, I have probably asked you before (I see your name often in these pages) but I can't help marvel that my direct line was from Edwin Cady born 1836 in Dundee, NY. In the 1840 census there was an Amos Cady next door to Edwin's father Haziel Cady but I have no evidence of a relationship. Haziel and his wife Lusella were both born in Conn. in about 1809.
Would you have Haziel amongst your 1200 Cadys?
