I found them, lines 33 - 35, house 196, family 210 on the 1850 Schuyler County census in the Rushville Township:
Name / age in 1850 / sex / occupation / Birth state
SILSBEE, JOSEPH H / 60 / M / COOPER / NH
SILSBEE, KATHARINE / 48 / F / / NY
CADY, MARY / 12 / F / / NY

This looks like his son, who was born in NY before the move and took up his father's trade:
SILSBEE, GIBSON / 28 / M / COOPER / NY

If so, Jospeh and Katherine were married (we hope) by 1822.
