I'm not sure if this helps, but:
I have a "stray" entry in my files for a Julia Ann Cadwell born 2/1/1813. She was the daughter of Chester Cadwell and Mary Hurlbert (Hurlburt?). Mary was from Wethersfield, CT. They were married 8/26/1809. Their children were: Mary B. b. 10/1/1810, Julia Ann b. 2/1/1813, Edward C. b. 12/3/1815, Adaline & Angeline (twins) b. 7/15/1818, Henry S. b. 4/30/1821, and Almira J. b 5/2/1825. Henry married Irena ____ in October 1843. As we both have Julia Ann as a specific name, I would guess they are either the same person or part of the same family. Unfortunately, that's all I know about that family.
