hi there. my name is connie langston and i live in atlanta,georgia. my gggmother was elizabeth caldwell elsberry,wife of lindsey elsberry of wilkes county georgia. her parents were curtis caldwell and sarah mcgowan caldwell. in a book called "gone to georgia" (i 'm sorry i can't remember who wrote it) the author tells that the caldwell's came from virginia but originally was from pennsylvania. i can't find out who his father is/ws but i will try. do you think the two caldwell's are related? by the way, lindsey elsberry settled a mountian in dallas georgia and named in elsberry mountain. curtis and sarah are buried on top of it. thanks!connie
