Looking for any shreds on an Alonzo Cadwell, born about 1817 CT. He married Harriet Porter Pilgrim about 1865, who was divorced from her first husband. Harriet was born 1821 in Onondaga Co., NY.
The couple was perhaps married in Noble County, Indiana. They later moved to Harrison County, Iowa, where Alonzo worked as a tinner. They are gone by 1880, perhaps to Nebraska, but have yet to find them.
Harriet had a son by her first marriage, Eliphalet Pilgrim, b. 1846. This is my line.
Would really like to find where they ended up.
