William Cadogan Sr. was born May 8,1777 in Glouscestershire, England and died June 16, 1853 in Adams Co. Fowler, Illinois. He married Christanna Lindenmeyer about 1820. Apparently he had been married previously as when he came to America he Brought a son W. P. Cadogan Jr. with him. This was in 1817. Does anyone have information as to his parents and ancestors and perhaps the mother of W.P. Jr.? Thank you
