Anyone else spelling Cade as Cadde?

Hi there,
My family have never found anyone else spelling their surname Cadde (pronounced Cade). We know little about my father's father who was called Harold, from North London, UK, and we believe was born in 1899 and died in 1964. He married Edith Elims in the 1920s and they had 3 children Daphne, Derek and Douglas. We think there may be links to Ireland or Italy way back but we would love to hear from anyone else spelling their surname the same way as us.
