I have a Charity Caddy listed as the wife of Richard Oliver, the birthdate is however given as 14/6/1778 and marriage date as 17/2/1803.
If this is the same person as you have then she is the daughter of William Caddy b 1737 (d 29 May 1799 )and Alice Pryor b 1742 (d 11 May 1810). They were married on 26/7/1764 and had 11 children:

Elizabeth b 27 April 1766
Mary b 06 August 1769
Alice b 16 February 1772
Richard H b 12 June 1774
Charity b 09 November 1776
Charity b 14 June 1778
John b 22 June 1781

William Caddy b 1737 was the son of a William Caddy b 27 September 1717 and Dorothy Thomas b Abt 1716. He had 8 siblings.
The father of William Caddy 27/8/1717 was a Richard Caddy, I do not have the mothers details and only know of 1 sibling at the moment, Mary.
