Minnie Henderson, early Caddell researcher
Minnie Elizabeth Herrington Henderson, descendant of Andrew, the immigrant, and the author of "the Red Books" that have been mentioned on this forum, passed away on Sunday, 1 July 2007 in Belton, Texas. She had been in failing health for some time, but until about 3-4 months ago, she was in reasonably good mental health. She was 98 years old. The last time I could talked with her (Wednesday before she died) she wanted me to read to her about her family from one of her books and from one that a sister had written.
As her daughter, I appreciate the kind comments that some of you have sent to me over the years and I thought that those of you have used her work might like to know of her death. She will be missed by her family and her MANY friends.
